GLOBAL MINISTRY

Our members are committed to equipping disciple makers all over the world. Much of this happens through training and coaching online or through in-person visits, but some of our members choose to move overseas to pioneer new work or join with existing disciple-making efforts. Whether in Central America, the US, or Western and Eastern Europe, we have members who have moved from the UK and given their lives to making disciples and pursuing God movements worldwide.

CoNEXT

Novo UK is part of CoNEXT: a global network of 13 partner nations which, combined, oversee missionaries in over 100 countries.

Novo UK members working overseas partner with nationals and support them in creating structures that reflect the needs and values of their particular country. As these structures mature and nationals step into leadership, these national-led entities become part of CoNEXT.

CoNEXT is neither centrally managed nor controlled, but rather held together by a commitment to shared vision, mission, and basic beliefs. As such, we are a distributive structure - much like an airline alliance - where each organisation operates independently, but commits to sharing resources, insights, and expertise with the network in order to enhance its own effectiveness.

CoNEXT is currently made up of 13 partner nations, with some representing substantial work across entire regions (e.g. the Middle East). Leaders from this network meet once a year for mutual encouragement and learning, as well as to explore partnerships across regions. Members of potential and emerging CoNEXT partners are also regularly invited to participate in these gatherings.
