Our members live and serve in different locations across the UK, working to activate followers of Jesus who multiply disciples.

What’s the commitment?

Members commit to living and ministering in line with our values, and to partner with and mutually serve the community of Novo UK. In turn, Novo UK commits to providing members with the support needed for their context and ministry — through discipleship, mentoring, training, and team-working — to enable each member to grow in maturity of faith, and to be effective and sustained in their ministry. 

What’s the membership culture?

We believe that each member brings unique experiences, insights, and perspectives that contribute to a healthier and more fruitful disciple-making process. We foster a learning culture in which differences in age, background, or experience serve to enrich our approach to making disciples. We encourage more experienced disciple makers to provide mentoring, but believe that the mentoring experience can be equally transformational for everyone involved. In all that we do we seek to champion a culture in which intimacy with Jesus creates the foundation for any and all disciple making. Simply put, we believe that “ministry flows out of being, not doing.”

Is there a cost?

There is no cost to becoming a member. However, we encourage a culture of generosity where members support each other and invest in developing the next generation of disciple makers by contributing to Novo UK’s central fund. We realise that members’ capacity to contribute will vary significantly, and therefore will not weigh in on specifics unless asked.
